1. Who can make a request
Anyone can ask what personal data TheBigBot LLC holds about them. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA: to know, to delete, to correct, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to limit use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights.
2. What you can ask for
- Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you as a customer or visitor.
- Correction: fix data that is wrong.
- Deletion: delete data we are not legally required to keep.
- Opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell customer account data, and you can withdraw ad-measurement consent at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- Remove a business record: if your business or work contact appears in the LeadScrapper database and you want it removed, tell us the business name and the details shown.
3. How to make a request
Use the support form and start your message with "Data request", or email. Say what you are asking for and how we can reach you. We may ask you to confirm you control the email address involved before we act.
4. Timing
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 days, as the CCPA requires. If we need longer we will say why.
5. Authorised agents
An agent may make a request for you with written permission signed by you. We may still ask you to confirm your identity directly.
6. More detail
The privacy policy explains what we collect and why, and the cookie policy lists every cookie.
