What does lifetime access include?
Access to the LeadScrapper platform at your tier's limits for as long as the product runs: daily downloads, team seats, integrations and scheduled sends, every email and phone in full, and a one-time AI enrichment credit.
What happens after I pay?
The confirmation page shows your activation codes and an Activate button. New users create their account with the codes; existing users redeem them in Billing & Plan. Each code works once, so keep them safe.
Which tier should I choose?
Pick the daily volume you will really use. Tier 1 (1,000 a day) suits one person testing a niche; Tier 3 (5,000 a day, 3 seats and the API) suits a small team; Tier 5 (10,000 a day, 10 seats, unlimited integrations) suits an agency.
How does lifetime compare with the monthly plans?
Monthly plans are billed in the app and can be cancelled any time; Starter is $47 a month. Lifetime is a single payment: Tier 3 at $439 costs about as much as 10 months of Starter.
Is the AI enrichment credit monthly?
No. It is a one-time credit ($5 on Tier 1 up to $25 on Tier 5) added to your wallet when the tier is unlocked. After that, AI enrichment is pay as you go from the wallet.
Does the daily limit reset?
Yes, every day. Leads sent to an integration count the same way as a CSV download, and invalid emails are never exported or sent.
Will I be charged again later?
No. Lifetime is a one-time payment; no subscription is created and nothing renews.
Is the Chrome Extension included?
No. The LeadScrapper Chrome Extension is a separate product with its own one-time plans. See the Chrome Extension.
Can I get a refund?
