1. Data accuracy
Lead records hold what businesses publish about themselves. Businesses move, close and change staff, so some details will be out of date. Email checks confirm format and that a domain can receive mail; they do not prove a single mailbox exists. AI-enriched fields can be wrong. Review data before you rely on it.
2. Not legal advice
Pages that mention CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, the Do Not Call registry, GDPR or Google's terms explain the general picture only. They are not legal advice. Laws differ by place and by channel; if it matters to your business, ask a lawyer where you operate.
3. Your results
How many replies, meetings or sales a lead list produces depends on your offer, your messages and your market. We make no promise about the commercial results of using LeadScrapper.
4. Third-party names
Google, realtor.com, Meta, and every CRM and email tool named on this site are trademarks of their owners.LeadScrapper and TheBigBot LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to them. Names are shown as text only, to say which tools the products work with.
5. Examples and screenshots
Screenshots come from a demo account. Contact details in them are blurred. Callout labels state features the product has; numbers shown are those in the product on the date of capture.
6. Changes
Features and prices can change. The updates page lists what changed and when; the terms of service govern your purchase.
