Two tools, two ways data is handled.
The leads database is a web app: you sign in to an account, and your searches, saved filters, exports, integrations and team members are stored on our servers so they are there when you come back. The Chrome extension runs entirely inside your browser: the leads it collects stay on your own machine and never reach our servers.
1. Who is responsible
TheBigBot LLC is responsible for this site and for the personal data described below. Contact us at .
2. What the leads database web app stores
- Your account: your name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text), plan and the team members you invite.
- What you do in the app: your searches, saved filters, export history, lead schedules and the integrations you connect, so they are available every time you sign in.
- Integration keys: when you connect a CRM or cold-email tool, we store the key or token it needs to deliver leads to that tool. Disconnecting the integration deletes it.
- The business records themselves are business contact details that businesses publish about themselves. We do not add your own contacts or customers to the database.
- We do not sell or share your account data or your activity. To close your account and delete what we store about you, contact us.
3. What the Chrome extension does with data
- Searches run in your browser. The listings, contact details and staff pages it reads are written to a database inside that browser.
- Exports are written straight to your own Downloads folder.
- We do not receive, store, analyse or resell the leads you collect. We could not hand them to anyone else because we never hold them.
- Uninstalling the extension or clearing the browser's site data removes the stored leads. Export anything you want to keep first.
- Facebook enrichment uses the Facebook session already signed in to your browser. We never see those credentials and never store them.
4. What we collect when you buy
- Your email address, so that we can send the licence, the extension file and support replies.
- Payment confirmation from our payment processor: the amount, the plan and whether it succeeded. We never see or hold your full card number.
- Support correspondence, kept so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off.
We use this to deliver what you bought, to answer support requests, and to send occasional product notices such as a breaking change or a new build. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors listed below.
5. Who processes data on our behalf
- Payment processor. Stripe, Inc. handles the transaction for TheBigBot LLC and holds the card details we never see. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies for fraud prevention.
- Forms and customer records. What you send through the contact and support forms, and your name, email and phone from checkout, are stored in our customer relationship system (TheBigBot, built on GoHighLevel) so that we can reply and deliver your licence. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending them.
- Email provider. Licence emails and support replies are sent through the same customer relationship system (TheBigBot, built on GoHighLevel).
- Web hosting. Serves this site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies of its own and does not track you across other sites. Google Analytics 4 loads only if you allow the Analytics category, and the Meta pixel only if you allow Marketing; before that nothing is requested from Google or Meta. Your consent choice is stored in a cookie so that you are not asked again. Display and accessibility preferences, recent searches and your theme choice are kept in your own browser's local storage. The cookie policy lists every cookie and storage key. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.
7. How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support email is kept for two years after the last message. Ask us to delete anything that is not legally required and we will.
8. Your rights
California residents can use the data request page to exercise CCPA/CPRA rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email and we will respond within 30 days. We will not make you jump through hoops or charge you for it.
9. Data you collect about other people
When you collect business contact details with this product, you become the party responsible for that data. Storing and using it, including any duty to tell people how you got their details or to honour a request to be removed, is your obligation under the law that applies to you. See section 4 of the terms.
10. Children
This is a business tool. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
If this policy changes materially, licence holders are told by email. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
